The area surrounding Bukit Gambier is equipped with many amenities from places of worship to schools, both primary and secondary, a government kindergarten in Taman Tun Sardon, and of course the large population of USM (University Sains Malaysia) nearby. There isn't too much public transportation in the area and facilities within the property are lacking. But just a few minutes drive away are the transport hubs which will connect commuters to various parts of Penang and even onto the main land. The built-up of units at Mutiara Indah may be a bit small for large families, but nice and cozy for working professionals that want a quiet and peaceful location to come home to as the property is right at the end of the road.
