The design and the layout of Arte S makes it one of the most unique development that one could find in Penang. The curvy design facade and units will most likely be appealing to younger people who are looking for a different style of living. Nonetheless, some do argue that for a small unit in Bukit Gambier area, the units of Arte S are somewhat overrated.One of the major concerns that investors has is that Arte S might have minimal appreciation due to the dense environment of 400 units on a 2.5 acres land. The layout seems to be a bit crowded and not very spacious. Thus, it might not be very practical for those who wanted a spacious area to live and work with.
