The nearest shopping complexes are located in Bayan Baru which includes a Giant Hypermarket and Sunshine Square. The nearest hospital from Ideal Vision Park is Hospital Pantai Mutiara, and nearby educational institutions only includes SK Bayan Lepas. Others are again, located in Bayan Lepas which include Straits International School, and INTI International College Penang. Accessibility to the location is good as there is Jalan Tun Dr Awang and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, though the latter has a tendency to see a lot more standstill traffic.
