Penhill Apartment is a low density apartment, with only 10 units per floor, residents are rest assured that their privacy is well taken care of. Although it may be the choice for many, its neighboring residential developments, Penhill Perdana condominium have faced problems such as flooding after half an hour of downpour. This has not happened in Penhill Apartment before, and thus has sparked query amongst residents and potential buyers of the possibility of the apartment facing the same problem in the future.There were also a lot of petty crimes reported around the low costs flat areas in Air Itam. However, there have been CCTV cameras installed around some of the flats in Air Itam to help prevent petty crimes from happening.
