Traffic at Genting View is sure to never to be a worry as the roads are usually clear and empty, offering leisurely drives up and down the hill. The exception would be peak holiday seasons where the roads will have a heavy flow of vehicles; but congestion is not usually the norm in this out of the way place. The silent neighbourhood offers peace and tranquility and night time brings the sounds of crickets and night birds that can be heard clearly when the balcony doors are open. However residents must remember to close their balcony doors before going off to bed otherwise they might wake up to find several large spiders or beetles in their homes seeking refuge from the cold.As an investment Genting View does not offer much as it is too much out of the way for young people to want to live there permanently besides not offering much in terms of amenities. It is also unsuitable as a retirement home for if there is a medical emergency, residents will be hard pressed to get the victim down to a hospital fast. The condominium appears to only be suitable as a holiday retreat. However, mould and other fungi will soon attack the house if left alone for too long due to the cold weather, therefore, the place will have to constantly be visited to be cleaned; perhaps the reason why there are so many units being released at low prices.
