Taman Permata is a one of the most well located residential areas in Seremban, as they have many main roads serving the neighbourhood. As such, traffic which is rather smooth flowing throughout the day becomes highly congested during peak hours especially on Jalan Dato Bandar Tunggal, where traffic is usually at a standstill.Taman Permata is a fairly quiet and peaceful neighbourhood to live in despite its proximity to the city centre, and residents here come from all walks of lives from the middle income group. Safety is also not an issue in the area, as crime rate is low with no reported crime in the area.Taman Permata would appear to be a good investment in the long run, as besides its central location, it is also freehold property. Its prices does not however see much appreciation, maybe due to the fact that the houses here are on the old side. It is however an excellent and affordable first home for those who are looking for a permanent residence.
