Taman Desa Duranta is a residential neighbourhood located in the state of Negeri Sembilan in the town of Senawang. Property here are valuable as they are all freehold and close to the city. The city centre of Seremban is a mere 8-minute drive away, while the exit to the North - South Expressway is a mere 7 minutes away. This shortens the distance to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport incredibly, making it a mere 45-minute drive away.Most of the houses in Taman Desa Duranta are double storey semi-detached homes of rather large built-ups. Taman Desa Duranta is easily accessible as it lies just off the main trunk road of Jalan Rahang and Jalan Senawang, which connects directly to the North - South Expressway. Getting a public bus is easy as well, as the Seremban Bus Terminal is a mere 13 minutes drive from home while the Seremban KTM Station is only 10 minutes away.

    Taman Desa Duranta is indeed a highly ideal residential area to live in, if staying in Seremban. Not only is the neighbourhood well connected via a variety of major trunk roads and major highways, but traffic is also always smooth at almost all times of the day. The traffic only becomes bad slightly during peak hours, but even then the congestion is negligible.Although Taman Desa Duranta is part of the major city of Seremban, it still maintains a sense of peace and calm; unlike its counterpart Kuala Lumpur. The neighbourhood is one that exudes peace, and residents from the various neighbourhood such as its immediate neighbour Taman Guru Melayu are rather friendly.Although Seremban is not considered as one of the major cities of Malaysia, it nevertheless might be a good investment as more and more people from the city of Kuala Lumpur look for home in neighbouring states. Not only are the houses here big, new and beautiful, the prices are also reasonable in comparison to those in Kuala Lumpur. It makes as good a permanent home as well for those who work in the area, as it is very well and centrally located to town and the many amenities.
