Not only is the neighbourhood well connected via a variety of major trunk roads and major highways, but traffic is also always smooth at almost all times of the day. The traffic only becomes bad slightly during peak hours, but even then the congestion is negligible.Although Taman Desa Duranta is part of the major city of Seremban, it still maintains a sense of peace and calm; unlike its counterpart Kuala Lumpur. The neighbourhood is one that exudes peace, and residents from the various neighbourhood such as its immediate neighbour Taman Guru Melayu are rather friendly.Although Seremban is not considered as one of the major cities of Malaysia, it nevertheless might be a good investment as more and more people from the city of Kuala Lumpur look for home in neighbouring states. Not only are the houses here big, new and beautiful, the prices are also reasonable in comparison to those in Kuala Lumpur. It makes as good a permanent home as well for those who work in the area, as it is very well and centrally located to town and the many amenities.
