Current reserved prices for 1-storey terrace and bungalow are from RM64,800 and RM985,000 respectively. The 2-storey terrace is highly in demand compared to others – which is rarely available in auction market. A bare unit is priced from RM120,000. Auction market normally tags the 2-storey terrace house at about RM91,000. However, a well refurbished and renovated corner house can fetch up to RM260,000.
