Property values in Sendayan Village are expected to appreciate following the many new developments in the area. The village will be re-developed and renamed Bandar Sri Sendayan whereby there are many new developments such as new terrace units and more. However, following the new developments, there are also social issues such as residents throwing rubbish by the road side causing unpleasant smells and also the increase of stray dogs in the neighborhood. Residents claimed that there are no collection of rubbish around the area for years and the allocated rubbish disposal area is located too far away from Sendayan Village resulting in the piles of garbage within the area itself.
