Taman Tanjung was clearly developed to target the upper market, in a prime area of a local tourist spot. As such residents are highly fortunate that they do not have to face traffic congestion at all, even during the peak seasons due to the fact that Port Dickson is more of a local haunt than an international tourist attraction.The Taman Tanjung neighbourhood is nevertheless a solid and exclusive community, as the community is old and well established with most of the residents knowing each other. As such houses are generally hard to get here, and interested buyers would usually be hard pressed to find a house in the market from this neighbourhood.Port Dickson has never shown much promise in terms of investment, however Taman Tanjung is one of the neighbourhoods that is flourishing despite all odds.
