Taman Gemilang is an excellently located neighbourhood close to the popular beaches of Port Dickson. The lifestyle here is laid back as the pace of life here is easy going and traffic is always good; even during the peak seasons and long weekends where locals visit the beaches.The neighbourhood of Taman Gemilang is hardly exclusive, however it neighbours a number of other similar neighbourhoods such as Taman Bukit Samudra and Taman Seaview, making it a highly cosy and comforting place to call home. Despite not being a gated and guarded area under constant surveillance, this area is nevertheless safe with no reported criminal cases.Taman Gemilang would be suitable as an investment if the buyer is looking for long term returns as it would make a very nice holiday home to rent out once the house is nicely spruced up; especially since Port Dickson is a popular local holiday spot.
