This area is accessible via Persiaran Negeri Bbn which is connected to PLUS Highway, ELITE Highway and Maju Expressway. There are buses and taxis in the area. The Nilai KTM station and Nilai Bus Terminal are also nearby.

    Cempaka Puri is a low cost apartment that was built by an unknown developer in the outskirts of the city. Amenities are undoubtedly aplenty, however the flat itself might require some cleaning up before the initial move in. The exterior of the apartment is run down and needs a new coat of paint, something that has obviously been neglected for very long. As an investment this place does not appear neither suitable for a short term nor long term investment and does not appear suitable for rental either as the location is too far out from the city. As a permanent residence this place is not recommended unless the buyer is working in the vicinity.
