    Kota Seriemas is located quite a distance away from the city and other more popular townships. Construction will not reach completion for another few years, so it is still incredibly quiet. If you happen to work in Putrajaya, KLIA / LCCT or Sepang and do not mind the distance, you may consider purchasing for personal stay. Investment-wise, it might be a bit of a gamble due to its distance from prime areas. Currently, the area is lacking in proper amenities. Aside from the recreational parks, commercial buildings are still mid-construction or vacant. There are very few restaurants to frequent and residents may be forced to travel quite a distance for sustenance. There are a number of educational facilities in the area. KPJ Healthcare University was completed in 2005, while both Sekolah Kebangsaan KLIA Kuarters and Sekolah Menengah KLIA Kuarters are mere minutes away from this development.
