TH Properties is one of Malaysia's leading developers. It is formed in 2010, and is fully owned by the Lembaga Tabung Haji which is Malaysia's Pilgrim's Fund Board. Bandar Enstek and Persada Iklas is only one of their many award winning projects, and amongst their many successes is one of Kuala Lumpur's landmark, the 34-storey tall Menara Bank Islam.Although it is one of the older developments in Bandar Enstek next to just the middle low cost Cenderawasih, Persada Iklas is a very well designed neighbourhood dedicated to the middle and middle upper class. These homes are mostly occupied by those who work at KLIA or around the area, where traffic congestion is never a worry.If compared to some of the newer developments such as Jentayu, Persada Iklas may not be as exclusive. However when it was one of the newest neighbourhoods around Persada Iklas was quite impressive, an impression that is now only slightly dimmed. The neighbourhood may not be gated and guarded, but it is nevertheless a very safe neighbourhood.Housing developments in Bandar Enstek are highly sought after especially the newer developments, but Persada Iklas is not one to be looked over especially with its highly limited units. Rental opportunities are good, especially with the Jabatan Audit Negara training centre located right beside the neighbourhood, with several more institutions of higher educations being planned in the area. In the meantime the neighbourhood is quiet and serene, and is highly suitable for raising a family.
