They have a high number of infrastructure and building projects under their belts, including one of the landmarks of Kuala Lumpur, the 34-storey tall Menara Bank Islam.Cenderawasih is one of their lower cost developments in an effort to provide housing for the lower income and middle income group. These are homes that are highly appreciated, especially by those who work on the outskirts of the city. Traffic congestion is never a worry for the residents, which is a plus point of living on the city limits.There are many different residential developments in Bandar Enstek, and while there are many that are highly exclusive such as the Jentayu development, Cenderawasih is one of the less exclusive ones. This is not to say that the homes here are worse in any way except perhaps space and design, but residents here do not enjoy the safety of a gated a guarded community either; which is fortunate that crime rate is next to non-existent here.Although properties in Bandar Enstek are highly regarded as excellent investment opportunities, Cenderawasih might not be one of the wisest choices as it is one of the earliest developments in the area and therefore older with higher maintenance. However for those who are looking for an affordable home on the outskirts of the city, Cenderawasih is an excellent choice.
