Even though Vistaria Residensi is a low-density development, the area seems a bit congested with numerous new high-rise residences nearby - including Pertama Residency, and Sky Vista Residensi. Besides that, it is also within walking distance to the night market (pasar malam) at Taman Cantik every Tuesday that will make the area busy and noisy. There is a huge potential for Vistaria Residensi. One of the reasons is due to its pricing. This can be evidenced by the overwhelming response upon the completion of Pertama Residency that have pushed Pertama Residency price to about RM500 psf. Besides that, the latest addition in the area, Sky Vista Residensi is launched by the same developer at about RM380 psf and comprises 200 over units. The second factor is because its very low density factor with only 128 units.On Saturday 18 May 2013, three security guards at Vistaria Residensi were slashed with machetes and “chopped up like meat” at this condominium. Resident association Chairman Bruce Tan said this was the 2nd attack on the guards in the past month. City CID Chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Ku Chin Wah said the victims were in stable condition.
