If public transportation is opted, there will be a MRT stop at TTDI, which connects Sg.Buloh to Kajang. Pricing remains an issue for the property as many has made a comparisons between available properties within the area. The smallest unit, for example, might be selling for about RM 1 million (considering its current price of RM700 psf) while a 22’x75’ double storey terrace house in Bandar Utama is also asking for about the same price.
