    The revamping of Pekeliling Flats area is certainly a grand redevelopment project. There have been on-going talks about redeveloping the area for years, but they seemed to be only rumors. This joint venture redevelopment project between Mah Sing and Asie look promising with their clear-cut planning and design.The vision the developers have for this redevelopment project is applauded. The area has potential to be one of the most marketable properties, but not many have step up to clean out the area. Currently, the empty and deserted flats are hindering people from thinking of them as possible investment opportunities. That will change soon if everything goes according to plan.The selling point of this property is hands-down the location. The existing bus depot and two LRT stations are make it possible to reach any places in Kuala Lumpur. The close medical facilities nearby (Tawakal Hospital, General Hospital and National Heart Institution) would also appeal to those who are looking for short term rentals in the area.
