Apart from that, Papillon Desahill also provides exclusive privacy to residents, as all bedrooms in each unit come with ensuite bathrooms. Among other benefits are each condo unit includes solid timber flooring of bungalow standards in all bedrooms, air conditioning units in all bedrooms, living and dining rooms, quality and branded bathroom fittings, an intercom system and large windows enabling optimal flow of light.In terms of layout plans, the units come with practical designs as the developer separate the kitchen area into a dry and a wet area for convenience when it comes to cooking. Further to that, the condo is also specially designed with two accesses into the kitchen area via the living hall and also the bedroom corridor. Apart from that, it is also worth mentioning that the condo units are spacious, particularly the bedrooms. As for the location, Papillon Desahill is located away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Klang Road.
