    1 Desa Residence is located in the center of the city, so it is quite convenient to travel since it is near most highways. The downfall is that Taman Desa is the higher end of the city thus offices and schools are in abundance. This causes traffic jams to be horrifying during peak hours as the roads around the area tend to get congested. Owning a place here at 1 Desa Residence would be a gain, the place is beautiful and has an incredible view of Kuala Lumpur city, it is a notch above the many other residency places since Taman Desa takes the upper end of the scale. However, it is also very secluded; tucked neatly in the midst of Kuala Lumpur. It is a little hard to locate, but when you do, it is indeed breathtaking. Not only is the surrounding neighborhood a plus, the infrastructure of the building is gorgeous too. Moreover, when looking for a place here, keep in mind that the units at 1 Desa Residence face two directions. One overseas the internal areas of Taman Desa while the other faces the highways and tension wires; it is beyond obvious which view is better, so take into consideration all you would want from this home and choose wisely. You can see KLCC from here as well which gives it extra credit for views. Also, a pretty lake and a big garden add to the view department as well.1 Desa Residence has all the basic facilities you could need. There would be no reason for you to fork out extra cash to join neighboring gyms and clubs to keep fit as you have it all right at home. The small gym, swimming pool and sauna is well kept and maintained in cleanliness. Like every other condo, there is 24 hours security provided with trained guards and CCTVs located in the parking lots.Cost wise, it has to be said that 1 Desa Residence goes off the charts. Even for a low density condo, it is indeed very pricey. To back up its cost, many would say that it is because of the high rise area and its strategic location, it is expensive. But nevertheless, this is merely Taman Desa, if compared to KLCC or Mont Kiara, the residency here should be more affordable. No doubt it is very comfortable and nice to live in; so think wisely about the pro’s and con’s before putting your money into it.
