    The Leafz was developed by Exsim Development, a firm which focuses into creating environmental awareness by creating innovative green features in their developments. This firm also won the 'First Green Residential Building' award for The Treez residential project. Among the other upcoming projects are The Petalz and Nouvelle Industrial Park. The developer offers 7% bumiputra discount for this project.The Leafz was originally scheduled for launch on January 2012, yet the entire project was fully sold out by October 2011 even before the launching took place. So there were no opportunity for the public to view and acquire the project. This property was sold at quite an affordable price, whereby it was priced at RM490 psf after discount. The price would definitely increase higher after the property is fully developed. It is located in a very strategic place, yet this project is expected to turn the traffic congestion there from bad to worst.
