    Yuk Tung Group is an up and coming development company that was established in 1997 whose developments have been widely recognised. Amongst their many awards are the Best Rising Developer in 2010 from the Straits Times Property and 4 awards from the Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2013 for Central Residence the sister company of The Court; one up from last year 2012 where they had 3 awards for Central Residence which were for "Best Apartment Malaysia", the "Highly Commended High-Rise Architecture Malaysia" and the "Highly Commended Architecture Multiple Residence Malaysia" categories. The Court is strategically located with access to many highly travelled highways, although this could be a bane to residents as well as they might be affected by noise and air pollution being surrounded by the Sungai Besi and KL-Seremban highway. Besides that, some of the units facing the south might have views of a cemetery which might be a turn-off to some buyers.Although the launch price of The Court is rather hefty, it hasn't stopped investors from snapping up units in this development as the development is truly sophisticated enough and placed strategically enough to be in high demand. As a permanent home this condominium holds much appeal for being close to the city centre and for being in close driving distance to almost everything.
