Reed

Reed is a residential leasehold project by YTL Land and Development, which is the final addition to the community located in Lake Field, Sungai Besi. Each of the lakefront homes offered there will be three storeys high, with a total of 285 units available.

 

There are only two types of units offered which are type A1 and type B1, with built-ups starting from  3,216 sq ft with four+one bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two parking spaces are also provided. Reed is also situated in a gated and guarded community.
