Central SOHO (also known as Central Residence SOHO) is a modern residential and commercial development project by Yuk Tung Group and HR United Group. This project has strengthened its standing as one of the fastest growing and leading property developer in Malaysia. However, the price of the property is skyrocketing as people began recognizing its prime location. Mega developments are set in the neighborhood; Kuala Lumpur International Financial District, Selangor Turf Club and Bandar Malaysia. In terms of accessibility, it is located in between two major highways; Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway and Besraya Highway.     If Feng Shui is to be taken into consideration, it should be noted that Central SOHO is built on a 10-year old abandoned construction land. Furthermore, the land is directly opposite a small Muslim cemetery and within the view of Nirvana. That is considered bad. However, perhaps the two highways alongside the apartment symbolizing two rivers flowing could overshadow the negativity.On the other hand, the two heavy traffic highways will surely cause noise and air pollution to the residents. If one thinks living next to the highways is convenient, there is no direct access to enter and exit the highways, U-turns will have to be made. The area, at the moment, does not have a public transportation access. However, the developer promises to provide shuttle bus services to the nearby attractions such as KLCC and Terminal Bersepadu Selatan at a minimal rate.The SoHo licence is definitely a perk to this property. It is for small business enterprises to be able to operate outside the busy Kuala Lumpur city. However, this would mean that those who living there as residents may also have to pay the commercial rate for utilities. However, having the opportunity to use the units facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, barbecue pits, among others could be advertise as the job perks.The close proximity of Central SOHO to the city centre is definitely the current highlight of this project. When the Financial District and Bandar Malaysia projects are completed, they will add more value to the property. If one thinks that they may be transferred to the Financial District and is currently looking for a property to buy, it would be wise to look into this development project.
