Sri Ayu is located at a more quiet area and thus privacy should not be an issue for the residents there. Besides that, many amenities are also within walking distance which a plus point for many. It is also a great neighborhood to call home as the residents will mostly come out and mingle with each other during the evenings.Apart from that, Giant Hypermarket is situated just opposite of Sri Ayu and it is within walking distance. If that is not enough, residents can also head over to AEON AU2 Shopping Centre (JUSCO) which about 15 minutes drive away. Even though Sri Ayu is an apartment, it is well equipped with standard condominium facilities for the residents and still maintains affordable rate.
