    Living in Wangsa Maju means that one will hardly need to leave the area to get their essentials or even to hang out. With so many amenities located just within the area of Wangsa Maju itself, residents can avoid the nuisance of going out to the city centre. Though, there are times when places and routes in Wangsa Maju can be packed with people and transportations; especially during holidays when many people living in Wangsa Maju as well as other places come to shop at Wangsa Walk, Aeon Jusco and Aeon Big. Section 6 gives easy access to some major highways, whereby residents who work in Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, Petaling Jaya or even Shah Alam could use those highways for traveling back and forth from work. Drawback is with so many other residential areas surrounding Section 6 which include, but are not limited to Section 5 Wangsa Maju, Taman Wangsa Melawati, Taman Permata and Taman Setiawangsa, those major highways could be highly congested during peak hours.
