Analysis
Wangsa Maju Section 1 and 2 are divided by the LRT line and years ago, Section 1 comprises mostly of Malays and Section 2 comprises mostly of Chinese. Taman Sri Andaman which comprises terrace houses within a gated and guarded community used to be an oxidation pond. There is a long stretched night market every Monday evening from Section 1 to the Jusco area and the road will be closed from 5pm onwards until midnight. Residents or visitors who want to enter this area on Monday evenings are advised not to do so as you might be stuck in a jam for hours.The flat apartments in Section 1, Wangsa Maju are among the few low-cost flats can be found within the city area. There has been good appreciation on the rental yields for the flats. This might be due to the fact that there are more amenities now nearby and also the easy accessibility to many major highways.
