Analysis

According to some of the residents of Alpha Villa, students from Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University whom are renting the place has degraded the residence to a flat-like state. The units are noisy at all times during the day and especially during the night. The shared facilities are being vandalized and the joint body management has done little to stop them. There are rumors that the students having newly moved into their units are throwing dilapidated beds out of their windows.
