With the majestic Petronas Twin Towers framing the horizon on one side, whilst the scenic view of the Genting peaks frames the other side, every glance out the windows of Setapak Green is a glorious vista full of sublime skylines. You are guaranteed of being close to all the unique attractions that the city centre has to offer and yet, still preserve that semblance of privacy in the embrace of this development.However, there is a flip side to everything. UOA is very conservative in their design, in that the interior is very practical but the exterior facade has an outdated look to it. In terms of view, not all units have the best ones. The first floor of Setapak Green is above the facilities on the ground floor and the carpark is another complex. This complex will block the lower floor units if they are facing in that direction. The same issue applies for the units facing Diamond Square which will block units up to about 4th floor. However, this is reflected in the lower prices of the units on the 1st to the 4th floor in view of this compromise.
