Analysis
Platinum Lake PV13 is a high density condominium with 23 units per floor, hence, if you are looking to have a bit more privacy then this might not be the place for you. There were also comments about the toilets being too small due to a pillar block which was not in the layout plan. Apart from that, the ceiling was made out of asbestos ceiling board which some commented looked like the ceilings in the office units. Others were also worried about the kitchen space and whether a kitchen cabinet would fit into the space. Some potential buyers have also commented about PV13 being too near to the main road. However, units that are facing the pool are quite pleasant and some buyers seem to like it. There are also units facing the breathtaking view of the Kuala Lumpur city centre which is a real treat nowadays considering many residential developments are blocked by the many high rise building nowadays. If you have the extra money, Platinum Lake PV13 can also become a good source of investment as there are many students from TAR who are looking to rent rooms that are within close vicinity to their university and with the development of departmental stores such as Parkson Genting Klang, Mondrian and Crystalville, rental yield looks promising in the coming future.
