    Platinum Lake PV10 is one of those condominiums that has everything. It is not expensive, it has a strategic location and it is not as dense as some condominiums are. Getting around is pretty easy, even if one doesn't own a car, because there are 2 LRT stations nearby, namely Wangsa Maju and Melawati LRT stations.Looking through the forums and classifieds, there are a lot of people renting their units out to students, which is convenient for them seeing as how close UTAR and Tar College are. This is something to take note as some people are not comfortable staying around so many students.
