According to the residents, Idaman Puteri is very well maintained by the management. The management has also made extra efforts by implementing security access card system and installing CCTVs at all lifts. However, just like most of high-rise residences within Klang Valley, parking is an issue for Idaman Puteri's residents. As all units come with 4 bedrooms, most residences have more than 2 cars. Hence, you can see lines of cars parked by the roadsides after working hours, which was mainly contribute by the nearby apartment. Idaman Puteri is loved because of its close proximity to the city centre. The price for the condominium is reasonable as other similar condominiums in the vicinity with smaller built-up and held under leasehold tenure are selling at about the same price.
