Sri Langit is preferred by expatriates and local families due to its location and surrounding. Each unit comes with a large balcony that commands scenic and undisrupted view of Seputeh neighbourhood, Bangsar and Mid Valley City skyline, as well as the greenery hill of Seputeh. Not only that, the air is thin here and it is surrounded by lush greenery. To own a unit at Sri Langit, one has to pay hefty price as it is tagged near RM2 million due to large built-ups. But in terms of price per square foot, it is just around RM630 psf, which is reasonable. There is a big Japanese community at Sri Langit, due to its close proximity to the Japanese Club. Even though a unit can be easily rented out to a Japanese and other expatriates, its gross rental yield is yet just about 5% - which is not appealing for investment.
