Seputih Permai has just got a fresh coat of paint, hence it looks better and newer now. However, occasionally there are still some complaints from the residents about other issues. One of the complaints is about an illegal dumping site right opposite Seputih Permai. The dumping activity started when TNB workers dig to work on some cables at the site. Then the excess earth was placed at the site. Since then the site has attracted a number of waste disposal lorries to dump their loads on the site. Up to this date, it has not been solved even though numerous of complaints have been forwarded by the residents Besides that, residents also complained about bad water quality at Seputih Permai. One of the previous residents admitted that he had to install 2 water filters and needed to change the filters every month. In addition, there have been a number of crimes reported in the area - mostly happened along the walking path from Mid Valley Megamall towards the condominium. There was a case where a Japanese lady been robbed by motorist while she was walking from the mall.
