Among the nearby amenities that residents can go to include restaurants (a seafood restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a mamak stall are only within 3 minutes walk from the condo), clubs and bars, galleries, a health club and several residential parks. Menara Seputih is best suited to the young and on-the-go professionals, expatriates with a Permanent Resident status, and singles with no family responsibilities. The condo is great especially for the expats as it is really near to KL Sentral, where they can board the KLIA Express to KLIA within minutes. Menara Seputih is also a great choice of residence for those who work around Mid Valley, namely the offices at The Boulevard, Menara IGB, the Northpoint Tower and the Northpoint and Centrepoint offices. Some residents have complained about the noise and dust (due to its location being in the middle of a very busy area) but the problem can be solved by placing several filter covers on the windows that are facing the highway.
