Menara Seputih (also known as Menara Seputeh) is an old and white-colored condominium. It is perhaps the only low and medium cost condo left in Kuala Lumpur that is very strategically located. Menara Seputih is within a walking distance to one of the most famous shopping malls in the Klang Valley, the Mid Valley Megamall. The condo is still very well-maintained by the management, and most units available for rent are either fully furnished or partially furnished. Among the nearby amenities that residents can go to include restaurants (a seafood restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a mamak stall are only within 3 minutes walk from the condo), clubs and bars, galleries, a health club and several residential parks. It has an easy access to the Federal and North South Highways. It will only take about 10 minutes to drive to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur from the condo. Several units with spacious living hall and dining room are up for sale or rent for any interested buyer.

    Menara Seputih is not to be missed for property hunters. With so many great in-house facilities and nearby amenities, it'd be such a great loss not to own a unit in the condo. Among the greatest things about Menara Seputih include its really strategic location (the condo is adjacent to the Mid Valley Megamall and the KTM Mid Valley station), its consistent management (according to current tenants), and its satisfying and top-notch facilities. Menara Seputih is best suited to the young and on-the-go professionals, expatriates with a Permanent Resident status, and singles with no family responsibilities. The condo is great especially for the expats as it is really near to KL Sentral, where they can board the KLIA Express to KLIA within minutes. Menara Seputih is also a great choice of residence for those who work around Mid Valley, namely the offices at The Boulevard, Menara IGB, the Northpoint Tower and the Northpoint and Centrepoint offices. Some residents have complained about the noise and dust (due to its location being in the middle of a very busy area) but the problem can be solved by placing several filter covers on the windows that are facing the highway.
