Megah Court is considered to be located in an excellent location as it is mere minutes away from the city centre as well as located on the food and wedding street haven of Jalan Ipoh. Traffic is however a nightmare during peak hours after work, where it is very possible to get stuck in a standstill jam for an hour on a road that usually takes under two minutes to travel from one end to the other.Besides being located on a nightmare street when congested, Megah Court is also considered to be one of the low cost areas and has the usual social stigmas associated with such areas. These stigmas are sometimes considered to be well deserved especially with the many snatch theft cases along this street, along with gang fights and car thefts.Inasmuch as Megah Court is a freehold apartment, this place appears to never prosper as an investment; not just because it is a low cost apartment, but also due to safety issues that are a cause of worry to buyers. However, for those who are looking to get an affordable home close to the city will find this apartment an excellent bargain if they are comfortable with the environment.
