Mawar Apartment is a very well located apartment, close to major highways as well as convenient public transportation. Traffic is generally smooth flowing throughout the day; except for exiting the housing development. Peak hours however see a drastic change in traffic conditions, where cars back all the way into the housing development. The neighbourhood of Mawar Apartment consist mainly of low and medium low cost developments, including a few public servants quarters. As such, some buyers may not feel comfortable with the conditions, as not to want to be associated with the certain social stigma related to some of these neighbourhoods.Unless buyers are interested in renting it out to families, Mawar Apartment is not attractive as an investment; as besides the discouraging neighbourhood, it is also leasehold property where the prices will decrease gradually closer to the lease expiry date.
