Arus Embun, a subsidiary of Melati Ehsan Group is the developer of Bayu Sentul development. Previously this firm has launched projects such as Bayu Damansara, Bayu Perdana, Bayu Perdana 2 and Laman Bayu in Kota Damansara and Taman Ehsan Jaya in Johor Bahru.
