Anjung Villa was developed by KBK, a developer of many office & high rise buildings, condos, low and medium cost apartments, airport and port facilities, hospitals, power stations and oil and gas refinery plants. With roughly 92 years left to the lease of Anjung Villa, it is fetching a good RM1,600 on monthly rental for partly furnished, and RM2,000 for a fully furnished unit. Public transportation is aplenty as there are many taxis and bus stops within the area. The Gombak River runs parallel to the Bandar Baru Sentul area and across from it are private and government medical centers like the Hospital Tawakal and slightly further away the KL General Hospital.
