There were issues raised by the residents of Prima Tiara 2 in year 2007 that due to several incidents reported that include 3 break ins and 1 case of vandalism within the span of 3 months. According to the residents, the problem arose due to inefficient security guards as the visitor registrations were not fully enforced as some of the non-residents were not asked to register at the security booth. Apart from that, there are also complaints that unidentified individuals, whom are not in uniforms, were seen seating in the security booth and vehicles without a car sticker are seen parked at the parking lot within Prima Tiara 2.
