    There are several similar developments in the area, mostly consist of semi-detached homes within a gated and guarded perimeter. Most of them are well-received by buyers and were sold out within months. Perhaps, the area will be more appealing by 2012 as most developments are completed. The price of Laman Bayu is just right for investment (and own stay of course). Some here are tagged way higher, such as Laman Damaisari bungalows which were launched from RM4.8 million to RM5.15 million. Not only that, Laman Bayu is more exclusive than the others since it only comprises of bungalow units, and completed with private swimming pool.
