Anjali is a freehold condominium development by Angsana Setia, a subsidiary of Tago Malaysia. North Kiara is a fresh rebrand of the Segambut area, and it is near to the popular Mont Kiara enclave. Villa units are also in development, though that part of the property is not given much information on just yet. Anjali is expected to be ready by August 2017.Anjali comprise of six blocks that are still under construction, which will house a total of 395 units, with 365 of them being condominiums, and the other 26 for villas and four for penthouses. The blocks will be around 30 floors tall. As for the condominiums, four layouts have been announced, with two of them having a dual-key system, allowing multiple tenants under one roof. The price begins at RM945,674 for Anjali.Breathtaking skyline view is promised for those Anjali units which are placed 100 metres and higher. The posh aspect of Anjali is guaranteed with inclusions 11 ft of high ceiling, large windows for better natural lighting, free kitchen cabinet, refrigerator and air-conditioning, private lobbies and an amazing, one-of-a-kind sunken bath tub. A state-of-the-art security system is on the pipeline at Anjali with features like 24/7 manned guard points and patrol, visitor profiling at exit and entry point, motion detecting CCTV cameras and card-controlled lift lobbies.The grandeur of Anjali is continued with an amazing array of facilities. The common ones are there but the ones that are raising eyebrows are tree house with link bridge, 50-meter swimming pool, sky theatre, sky garden, hammock, reflexology path, lounge with kitchen, giant shower area, jacuzzi, sauna, yoga room and reflection pond.On the aspect of amenities, they are all available within driving distances from Anjali. A seven-minute drive will bring you to Plaza Mont Kiara and One Mont Kiara, with Solaris Mont Kiara and Tesco Kepong Village Mall being additional two minutes away and Publika @ Solaris Dutamas a further three minutes. Royal Selangor Club Kiara, Bukit Kiara Equesterian and KL Gold & Country Club are all under 15 minutes away.However, the choice of schools are the best with local and international schools being around the area of Anjali. SMK Segambut Jaya is right on the same road, SRJKC Khai Chee and SRJKC Kepong are 5 to 6 minutes away, whereas Chong Hwa KL Independent High School is 11 minutes away. Also in the vicinity are French International School (8 minutes), Mont Kiara International School (8 minutes), Garden International School (5 minutes), The International School @ ParkCity (9 minutes) and Taylor's College Sri Hartamas (10 minutes). Not to forget, Sime Darby Medical Centre and ParkCity Medical Centre are around there too.Anjali residents will be relying heavily on Jalan Segambut, that will link them to North South Highway, Jalan Lang Emas, DUKE highway and Jalan Kuching. Other routes are North - Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Damansara - Puchong Highway (LDP), Sprint Highway and the aptly proposed DUKE 2.

    Tago Malaysia managed to make themselves look like an experienced company with their image and presentation so far (such as the rebrand of Segambut to North Kiara), and that image is further strengthened with a rather ambitious and luxury development such as Anjali. However, the concern is that this is only their third development, with past projects being Aman Bali, also a luxurious project featuring six units of bungalow and Tago industrial park. Hence, their portfolio is rather modest.Anjali means divine offering in Sanksrit, and that is exactly what Tago is trying to offer to buyers as the development is nicely designed and peppered with the right facilities and finishings. Other positive things about this premise is the low density quality and the grand entrance, alongside the many amenities it is surrounded with, considering the proximity of Kepong and Mont Kiara.But the other side is not always greener, as concerns have arisen towards the location of Anjali, as it shares the same road with a public high school, a low-cost Prima Tiara apartment and an empty Azaran condominium. Other than that, a cemetery and a sewage treatment plant are also in the immediate area. Foreign squatters are also scattered in the place. This means that Anjali is situated in a rather undeveloped area, with small road that is congested with traffic at rush hours too. Exclusivity and the security of the area are not looking too good now.Despite all that, there have been talks of a new link to be built to connect Jalan Segambut and Mont Kiara. This has eased some worries. Further developments also have been said will take place, though only time will tell.Anjali is a great development for property hunters. Maybe investors should take a second look, as the location might need some time to be one that is ready for an upscale property such as Anjali.

    Tago Malaysia在品牌定位上(如把Segambut重塑成North Kiara)的运用让人刮目相看,且致力打造的如Anjali等高档房产项目,足以为公司的形象和品牌带来正面效益,外界甚至会以为这是间经验丰富的发展公司,其实Anjali只是该公司的第三个房产项目而已,过去的两个项目分别是仅有6个别墅单位的Aman Bali奢华项目和Tago工业园,发展的项目组合不多。Anjali在梵文中,有着神圣和无比美好的意思,这也是Tago希望透过此项目赋予买家的感觉,Anjali完善且创新的设施和室内装潢完全符合此意。此项目的另一大优点,就是低密度,且单单是公寓的入口处,就昭显其奢华高贵的内涵,周边设施一应俱全,靠近Mont Kiara和甲洞两大发展成熟的城镇。但是,与Anjali建在同一条道路上的有低价公寓Prima Tiara、空置的Azaran公寓和一间本地中学;在附近还有坟场和污水处理厂,且外劳也爱聚集在此区。这意味着,Anjali坐落在一个相对来讲发展未成熟的区块,道路狭窄,繁忙时段将堵塞,目前此区的治安不大乐观,也欠缺奢华气质。市场曾传,将建设新路衔接Jalan Segambut和Mont Kiara,若此属实,这将减低部分忧虑,也有传说将有更多发展项目陆续展开,惟这还有待时间证明。对于“房产猎人”而言,Anjali是个很好的项目。投资者或需仔细重新衡量和审视,因为目前此区仍需更长时间来打造成高档社区,符合Anjali等奢华项目的形象。
