Most people commented that Amandari is good for investment in terms of yielding good rental cash flow. However, the opportunity for such good cash flow is quite limited nowadays since the price has already increased in the recent years without much effect on the rental rate. However, following the news that was featured on the local newspaper with regards to a fire which has started when lightning struck 3 units in Amandari, some had a more different perspective towards investing in here. Rescue time was delayed as the fire engine had to squeeze through the main entrance in order to get to the fire. This issue has also been addressed to the developer with hopes that there will be some sort of rectification on the developer’s end.
