Plaza Pantai offers a very convenient location. Being right in the city center, it is accessible to most reputable housing compounds and also the major shopping complexes. However, traffic can be busy during office hours. Even though Mid Valley City is supposed to be 5-min drive, it may take you more than half an hour drive to reach the destination. The in-house Kerinchi LRT station is a good alternative for people to avoid the possible traffic jams.At the moment, a covered walkway is being built from Bangsar South to Plaza Pantai, which means the LRT station is going to be more packed than usual. It also means an increased in supply of competing office space in the neighborhood with similar proposition of convenient public transportation.A major competitive disadvantage of Plaza Pantai is the missing of the strata title. Without the proper title document, it can be a challenge for potential buyers to secure bank loans. Given the developer Atlas Corporation has gone into liquidation since 2004, it is uncertain when the strata title can be issued.The building has been over ten years. Not many food outlets around the complex to meet the need during the busy lunch hours. The retail environment is pretty quiet also.
