Previously, this Pantai Hillpark 3 plot of land was occupied by the squatters and villages. With the development of Pantai Hillpark, these previous residents were relocated to the low-cost Kondo Rakyat and PPR Kg Kerinchi. Even though they are relocated, this did not change Pantai Hillpark into an upper-class residential enclave, as these low-cost houses built for them are just a stone's throw away from Pantai Hillpark. Hence, residents will have to pass these low-cost residences before reaching their homes. Pantai Hillpark 3 is a quite an old development, and due to its high dense development, the security is moderately light and there were a few break-in cases reported from time to time. However, it remains attractive among students, young professionals and newlyweds to because of its affordable rental rate and selling price as well as close proximity to the city centre and towns.
