The area is accessible via Federal highway, the NPE, and SPRINT highway. The entrance or road access into Pantai Avenue is at the foothill of Pantai Panorama Condominium. The squatters and hawker stalls that used to line the entryway were demolished to make way for the redevelopment of the area into Bangsar South.Pantai Avenue consists of 3-storey terrace links and 3-storey semi-detached homes. A total of only 41 homes make these 2 rows of residential property very cosy and low-density. The driveway or entrance to the 3-storey terraces is parallel to the 1st floor which also makes the homes look like they are only 2-storeys but in actual fact, they have a basement level.     Pantai Avenue is developed by Janavista, the property arm of Tiger Synergy. A project of GDV RM40 million that started years before the development of Bangsar South, is only being completed mid 2011 due to delays in slope stabilization and road drainage works. Construction of Pantai Avenue was halted a few times as cracks were found in some columns in neighboring Pantai Panorama, and concerns have been raised over flooding over the low-cost housing in Kerinchi especially during heavy downpour. While home-owners are being made to wait to move into their dream homes, the good thing is that remedial work and slope stabilization works are being carried out so avoid any mishap. Pantai Avenue and Pantai Panorama are both sited on freehold land as compared to Bangsar South which is leasehold. The terrace links which were launched at RM750,000 are now being sold for about RM1.2 million with a prospective rental yield of RM4,500 and above. Pantai Avenue is located close by to many amenities with the development of Bangsar South.
