The company has developed plenty of properties around Malaysia including the likes of Menara UOA Bangsar, Wisma UOA Damansara II, 1 Desa Residence, and Villa Yarl. One will find that most of the developer's products are quite expensive as UOA is a strong advocate of the build-then-sell concept.
