The Petalz is a new development by Exsim Development, a firm which also developed and launched other similar high rise development such as Twin Arkz, Nouvelle Industrial Park, The Seedz, The Rainz and The Grainz. Developing properties which mainly focuses on environmental awareness, this firm had won the 'First Green Residential Building' award for its previous development, The Treez. The Petalz is located in Old Klang Road, which is situated in the city centre and the properties in this place have a good capital appreciation over time. Launched at RM650 psf, this property was 50% sold out just within month as investors can see the potential of this property.Even though The Petalz are located in a highly developing area, the buyers should not that the project is cramped between NPE and a railway track. It is extremely noisy at times since this track are used for cargo trains and not LRT or MRT which makes less noises. Besides noise pollution, the massive development in the surrounding as well as the daily traffic congestion also creates air pollution in this area. The traffic congestion is worst during peak hours, either to Sunway route or to KL route. Investors should consider all this before acquiring this property.
