    SkyVille 8 was developed by Premium Development, a newly commenced property firm. It has recently undergone for a name change, from Benteng 8 to SkyVille 8. The reason for the rebranding has not been disclosed to the general public. However, after rebranding, SkyVille 8 seems to show better prospect. It now has a new structure plan for the facility floors and facade. SkyVille 8 is opined to have have a commercial land title with the 20 units of shop lots at the lower floor, hence, the owners of the unit will have to bear commercial utility rate instead of a residential rate. Despite that particular setback, the picturesque 50,000 sf landscaped garden that includes a bamboo canopy area may just make up for that. Moreover, every unit is promised by the developer to be a corner unit even though there are 10 units per floor. Therefore, the design of the property must be unique and detailed.SkyVille 8 was launched with a launch price which begin from RM 730,000. This price seems moderate for a property in the KL area that has numerous matured amenities within reach. Besides that, properties in this area are considered to be worth buying as the property market here along Old Klang Road is stable and can get a good capital appreciation over time. The booking fee for a unit was at RM10,000, with panel banks being UOB, Maybank, Affin Bank and RHB Bank.
