Sentosa Court is a low-rise, low-density walk-up apartment located in Taman Sri Sentosa, off Old Klang Road. A quiet housing estate with many amenities from swimming pool, to gym, tennis court, playground and 24-hour security, the apartment is among the few medium cost properties in the area. Along with neighboring Avant Court and Avenue Court, these properties have brought up the property value in Taman Sri Sentosa as some of the older properties are flats or low-cost housing. Surrounding estates such as Taman Desa, Taman Sri Manja and Taman Kuchai are just across the river. Surrounded by schools, sundries and supermarkets, this established neighborhood has easy access to the NPE and Federal Highway. For a full-fledged mall, one needs only to drive 15 minutes to get to Mid Valley Megamall or to Sunway Pyramid in Bandar Sunway. There are 4 KTM commuter stations within 1-2km radius of the property as well.

Analysis
Sentosa Court is located alongside high-tension wires. Much of Taman Sri Sentosa runs beneath these cables. Though there is no concrete proof over the exact health effects of living near high-tension cables, there is no doubt that there is an electromagnetic field generated by the current. Another item of concern was that Sentosa Court runs right up to the riverbank (Klang River). Township bylaws require a 30-metre setback from either side of a river to provide a safety buffer against floods. While much of the Old Klang Road area has been mitigated and floods are unlikely to recur, the lack of buffer zone makes the location of the apartments a bit too close for comfort to the riverbanks. Some praise worthy points to note; in October 2010, a new road opened up connecting Taman Kinrara in Puchong to Taman Sri Manja, providing an alternative to using Jalan Puchong. This new road provides a much shorter traveling distance which many residents are happy about. Uni-Fi Broadband services are also now available at Sentosa Court. The choice of facilities and well-maintained grounds managed by the Joint Management Body formed by residents are also important to note.
